Shawn Lelis: I don't think so . In data-recovery firms they usually use very complicated machines and computers . I presume the whole reaon you want this is because your PC cant read the disc . So in theory the computer can't replace gaps in informtion if it is not able to read the disk in the first place . you usually use software for software issues in the virtual world but it can't really fix things in actual reality . try buying disk cleaning liquid or filler and then see . but these only work if the disk isnt too scratched . disks store information through "bumps" in the disk burn by the laser if these are damaged the data is incomplete and the computer cant guess what it is so that is why i believe you can't use a program for this...Show more
