A dealer will give you a lot less than what you could get if you sold it privately, but trading it on on something new will get it off your hands a lot faster. You may also get a tax benefit if you trade it in. You could also lower the price more. If it's on CL, make sure you give a COMPLETE description, pointing out any faults as well. And pictures!
