Oda Mauson: Adobe Photoshop is an amazing program. However not free, but offers a free trial of the program.

Margy Sandquist: I agree that Adobe Photoshop is a great software package, but it is very expensive. Adobe makes some software called Adobe Photoshop Elements that runs around $99. It has a lot of the great features offered in Adobe Photoshop. It's the best I've found.
