German Thal: There is no way to enter a Cheat code that is currently revealed, but you can go to Los Sasntos customs (spray can on map), you can use safe house garage, or while driving the damaged vehicle you can switch to another character; then switch back and your vehicle should be fine.

Davis Zou: No cheat has been discovered yet (the cheat is most likely the same as the Full Armor/Health cheat, which has also not been discovered, since that's how previous GTA games work)The only way to repair your car is to get it fixed at LSC, or at your safehouse garage.
Lucrecia Laurito:! You can park your car at your safe house and it will be repaired after a while. I've only done this with Franklin's car so far. I left his white car in the garage in pretty bad shape and a while later it was outside in perfect condition. Also, I think there are mechanics that will repair your car but I haven't come across that yet.
