The other u r not working so how r u going to able to support her she has her parents on her side even though they might fight is still the courts will grant her the baby. Think to yourself too, do you really want your son to be away from his mother all the time? Try mediation, and if that does not work, you may have to go to cour! t just so you can have visitation rights. Your son needs both of you (I think that would be true in this case unless she is seriously a messed up mother (abusive, junkie, neglectful, etc) in his life, and you should not try to keep him from his mother, and his mother should not try to keep him from you.
