Scot Rotruck: Some DVRs have a USB port for a USB hard drive. Ours does (Dish Network); I'd say the only way to find out is to call Comcast's 800 number and have your DVR model number ready.
Coleman Senn: Maybe, if it has an eSATA port and your local outlet enabled it. You may need a specific DVR expander drive.
