Amina Motzer: Well, I've never been a proffessional cook, but I'm guessing it goes like this:1. First they will have a menu and you will read up and practice prepairing everything on the menu. 2. Then the waitresses will go to the tabel, and bring you back the order, then you cook the order.3. If your cooking in a big restaurant, you won't have to do dishwashing because they will have dish washer people to do that.You just have to concentrate on cooking.
